We hope you love your LUNEORAE jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
